Guten Tag,

Da die Ameisen in der Winterruhe sind und sich deswegen die Beobachtungen nur auf eine Kontrolle beschränkt, wird es hier nur ein kurzes Update geben.

Den Ameisen geht es gut. Alle scheinen noch wohlauf zu sein.

Hier nun die Bilder:

its only a short update about my antkeeping, because of the dormancy I only control the ants.

The ants doing well. All seem to be healthy and hopefully happy! :P

Einen fröhlichen Barbaratag Euch allen!

Ich habe noch einmal mit ein wenig mehr Ruhe ein paar Bilder und ein Video gemacht.
Das Video reiche ich die Tage mal nach.

Es sind übrigens Larven und sie springen umher. :D

Ich lasse die Ameisen jetzt erst einmal für ca. eine Woche in Ruhe, da ich jetzt zwei Tage hintereinander geschaut und ein Fotoshooting veranstaltet habe, was sie wohlmöglich gestresst hat.

Und ich hab noch ein Bild von meiner Hand gemacht, um die Qualität der Aufsteck-Makro-Linse zu zeigen.

Mit dem Apfel-Handy lassen sich doch ganz gute Bilder machen.

A happy "Barbara-Day" to everyone!

I made some more pics and one video with more patience. I will show you the video in a few days.

The breed are grubs and they jumping around! :D

I will give the ants now any peace for round about a week, because I checked them two days in a row.

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mal eines der Makro-Objektive ausprobiert und bin doch relativ zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt also.

Hier seht ihr die ersten Bilder aus der Winterruhe.
Ein paar Ameisen waren doch relativ agil und sind trotz konstanter Temperatur von 7°C unterwegs gewesen.

Man erkennt sehr gut die Königin auf den Bildern.
Sind das nun Eier oder Larven?

Hello all,

I tested my new macro-lens already and I am satisfied with the result.

Price-performance-ratio is very good.

Above you can see the first pics while the ants are in dormancy.

A few ants are agile and are moving around while the temperature is steadily 7°C.

You can clearly see the queen with her workers and brute.
Are those eggs or grubs?
